Emirati businesswoman Raja Al-Gurg is group managing director and vice chairperson of Easa Saleh Al-Gurg Group, a family-owned conglomerate of 27 diverse companies that has been operating for more than 60 years.

Al-Gurg, a board member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was ranked 28th in the Arab Power 2018 listing of the 100 Most Powerful Arabs, compiled by Gulf Business magazine.

She is deputy chairperson of the National Bank of Fujairah and serves on the advisory board of Coutts bank, the wealth division of the Royal Bank of Scotland. She is also president of Dubai Business Women Council.

Al-Gurg was named the most powerful Emirati businesswoman in Forbes Middle East’s 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021 rankings, and was ranked third in Forbes Middle East’s 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen for 2017 listing. 

As of 2020 she is listed 89th among the world’s 100 most powerful women by Forbes.
