Fatma Fahad is a journalist and news anchor at Al Arabiya who rose to prominence given her charisma and strong presence on the small screen. 

During a joint press conference between Saudi Arabia and Austria, Fahad surprised Austrian Minister Alexander Schallenberg and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan by welcoming them in German.

Fahad initially welcomed Prince Faisal in Arabic, but she soon switched to German when addressing Schallenberg, introducing herself and telling him that she would proceed to ask her questions in English. 

Earning the respect of both the minister and the audience, Fahad rose to the occasion, proving herself a hard-working journalist. 

Host of Al Arabiya’s 4 p.m. news segment, Fahad presents various topics, from updates on Saudi Vision 2030 to the Kingdom’s economy and various other relevant subjects.
